changes

whats the scariest thing about turning 17??? like right before your birthday what did you feel??

I didn't get a chance to "feel" anything. At the beginning of Oct my brother asked me if I was excited, I stared at him kinnda puzzled and asked why I should be excited??? he nonchalantly responded that I was going to be 17 soon. And I had totally forgot about that, seriously!!

Then another day mom says she got me something and asked if I was excited to see it. I looked at her and said "is it my birthday today"?? of course it wasn't but I really have lost all count of days and weeks. This month I also forgot the birthdays of 2 other people and I had to backtrack and send them very late cards!!!


Some interesting things:
today there was a parade on television in my honor, well it's actually national Police day too so it wasn't ALL dedicated to me.

England are playing Estonia tonight and I hope Rooney scores

also I got 6 Instant messages saying "happy birthday", 1 card, 4 phone calls and....... I just feel loved.

I share the same birthday as 3 people I know, one of them being a yc I teach.


I actually have some pictures to put up but I think I'll save that for tomorrow.
