Explanation from one who always seems to dissappear
Anyway, that's not what I planned to say. I was actually going to make up some excuses about why I'm not updating everyone on what's going on in my life. Well now I've decided to stop excusing myself and start with the explaining.
I know it's terrible to say your busy cus' everyone says it so what's really been happening is that I've been preoccupied with many many things. First of all we went on a 3 day roadtrip, followed by a 5 day vacation, which sort of explains my absence , right?
Anyways I'll compensate for it by telling you the best I can about the trip, although I do realize I have a terribly uninteresting way of saying things, it's a miracle you've read up till now.
Well we started off traveling (obviously) on a 3 hour drive. One of our favorite pass-times is to sing (I know we are all so talented hee-hee), really we could create our own orchestra. 1 of us has a high voice, another an average one, and another a real low one (sorry I'm not going to reveal whose is which). We made up this special way of singing where we'd go around in a circle and sing one word of the song each. I swear its not that easy to make it sound O.K. we had to start with a slow song cus half the time we'd forget the lyrics and the other half of the time we were laughing too hard to be making any sense. Then we tried to sing peace of mind and that didn't go very well LOL!!
When we got there it was already early evening so we unpacked our stuff checked into the hotel room that we usually stay in (for free of course - TTL for his supply) and then headed out to have a walk on the beach, it was super windy, it just felt wonderful to stand on the rocks and have the waves splash bits of water onto your face.........
Anyways every-time we go somewhere I can't help talking about a certain topic....guess.......yeah of course you know, FOOD!!!!! we have this joke that we really couldn't take anyone on a roadtrip with us no matter how much we wanted them to come because the dishes people like to donate to us are very strange and wonderful indeed!!!! Some of them I haven't even had before but they truly are addicting once you've tried it.
...........I don't want to stop now but unfortunately to hear more of our travels your going to have to come back another day because I have to go now....sad....I know.....it's not that often I get the inspiration to write a story......and I actually want to finish this.
I promise part 2 won't be far along in coming!!

Testimony#1 ARCOS

What are Circumstances?
By Pon and Kwan
“Aren’t we always in this position? It just so happens every time the AIP comes around there’s something hindering us from jumping both feet into the action. I feel like we are half hanging in there, half hanging out”. Ever got the feeling? It comes to me often, but it’s what you do with it that makes the difference. You either let it get the better of you and not do anything at all, or you choose to take it as a challenge. I learned to not be limited by my circumstances, they shouldn’t make a difference.
Saturday, June 30th
“Great!! first day we get to go witnessing!! Umm wait, how do we get into town? Dad can’t drive cus he just came out of the hospital Mom doesn’t know how to drive”. This was a problem indeed “I have a brilliant idea!! I can drive!!” trying to keep positive I quickly suggested to my brother, “I know you can but I don’t think we have time to wait till your 18 when you can get your license”, “maybe we should just take public transport”. So we got ready and left. Sitting in the song taew, I thought of what might be waiting for us, there was always something and I was sure this time The Lord would prepare something special.
First stop was the University. The only University in our small town, and today it was feeling even smaller. No one was around! We walked the whole grounds finding all the tables empty, occasionally a group of students would walk pass to go into class but they did so hurriedly. Tired from searching we stopped to have a drink, the lady selling them was sweet so we gave her a tract although she declined from praying with us she promised to read it. Sitting down under some shady trees we spotted 2 girls sitting not too far from us. We walked over to talk to them, they were nice but not very interested when we asked if they wanted to pray we only got half an answer so we explained more about salvation and how it works, in the end they prayed with us and we gave them Activated’s. The rest of the hour resulted in about 10 souls with us not really meeting anyone special. By now it was 4, the heat was Wow! And we were faint but hey! The day wasn’t over and we knew we hadn’t given our best yet!! So we tried a different place.
Taking a took-took to the park we found it quite occupied “oh good!!! Finally! people!!” This was unusual cus not many people come to the park during the early afternoon, but it was going to get even more unusual! Let me tell you a little about our town 1) the population here isn’t all that big the city area consists of a 2 way road straight through the center with little soi’s branching out from there 2) there aren’t many English speaking people living here much less foreigners so we were about to have a shock 3) there are only 7 places where you will find a large amount of people; the train station, the park, the University, 3 malls (they aren’t that big I think one is only a supermarket) and lastly the famous Buddhist temple (it’s kind of hard witnessing at a Buddhist temple though:D). So as we walked into the park we were surprised to find 20 or so kids walking in groups and even more surprising they were being led by foreigners! While we were trying to figure out what was happening, My brother thought he saw a familiar face “are you sure? I mean it’s been 3 or 4 years since last seeing her but it could be” gathering the guts to go find out we struck up a conversation and found that we were correct! She was one of the girls who we played with in a band when we took music lessons 3 years ago at
After that she explained about what was going on, the foreigners came from the
That was how the day ended but we didn’t stop talking about it till a long time afterwards. It was a totally awesome day and all the things that we could have never imagined happened!! All thanks to The Lord and his infinite timing we were able to meet some very sheepy people and it proves that He isn’t bound by time or circumstances as long as we are willing to do what he instructs us to, we will receive the blessings of fulfillment that we can only receive from our obedience.

so she starts praying:
"Dear Jesus,
Can I please play reader rabbit, read Peter and Jane, and Watch Elaina?
Thank you."
Then she opens her eyes and says "Jesus said yes!"
