"Jingle bells" puts me to sleep (week in pics part 1)

So this is the first post of December, Impressive. There has been zero minutes to update this blog- no really zero minutes to even think about it. Until of course the other day when I was trying to remember what I already did this week and what I was doing today and then what was happening in the next ones. It took me a long time and in the end I concluded I should record it all here if not for anyone but myself. It's what happens every year Christmas it comes in a whirl wind and then by the time it settles I don't remember anything that went on during the hustle and bustle. So it is my pleasure to have set my work aside for these 15 mins to update myself on what happened last week.

Monday.

Ok so we were actually in Bangkok ever since Sunday cus we had some last minute things to buy to complete our costumes (talk about last minute rush) and also cus the show on Monday was at 9:00 which meant if we had to travel there from home we would be an hour late. Since it was our first show it didn't run perfectly but it did turn out ok, except that I made too many mistakes during the songs cus I had to run basically the whole thing you know, set up and all. Not to mention that I wasn't used to dancing in high heel boots so it was a perfect mess of a show in my opinion.

You can see the pictures below:

Tuesday:

Next day we traveled from home in the opposite direction of Bangkok to Chonburi where we did a show at a factory, it was a Christmas, new-years, Fathers day, 12th Anniversary celebration. We had a little trouble with the set-up but everything else went smoothly this time. Hoorah!
sorry no pics of the show.

Wednesday:
Took us to a family Reunion on my dads side (the Chinese side) and since dad has 9 siblings (that equals 9 families) it was a pretty large gathering. We all went to a restaurant located on the Chao-praya river and apart from the heat it was a nice day with occasional gusts of wind.
So anyway after lunch the adults all decided to have a long, long discussion and I was nominated care taker of the under 10's. Kwan and I had to come up with a few games to entertain them with such as cards and magic tricks but the game that kept them happiest the longest was the "spin the table game". You know how those Chinese restaurants have those tables with spinny things so everyone can get around to all the food, yeah well we played this game where we'd spin it and we set a object on it; who ever it ended up in front would have to sing or later it was dance, make a funny face and do something for everyone to copy.
